The plan is ever-evolving! Right now (Sept 2024) we are sailing from Australia to Tual, Indonesia. We plan to stay in Indonesia for about 6 months and then go to Davao City, Mindanao, Philippines. After that we will probably head back to Indonesia. We are coming back to the PNW in July 2025 for a visit!

The original plan:
We will begin our adventures on Sailing Vessel evi in September 2023 in Opua, New Zealand. Our kids will attend public school at Paihia School, about 15 minutes away from Opua. We will then sail to Fiji in May 2024, as soon as weather allows. Right now our loose plan is to cruise west through Indonesia and Malaysia to Thailand, then head across the Indian Ocean to Madagascar & South Africa. After that, maybe Brazil? We plan to cruise for 2 to 5 years, depending on how our money lasts and how well our kids like the cruising lifestyle.
