Soccer

Tomu joined a soccer school. He has practice from 4:30 to 6 pm on Tuesday & Thursdays, and has games on some weekends. The school goes year-round. The coach takes it seriously and practices are well organized (way higher caliber than the Metro Parks soccer Tomu did in Tacoma). He loves it!

We can bike to practice, though Fabiola (Jacob’s mom) usually picks us up. Several parents stay to watch practice, including us. It’s pretty fun, all the parents laughing and cheering on their kids. If a player is the last to follow instructions or run to the other side, the player has to come to the middle of the field and dance, while the rest of the team (and the parents) chant “que baile, que baile”.
