We met John, Caroline, Dalton & Hall from Charleston, South Carolina on SV Nogal, and enjoyed a few days of dinners together and lots of kid play time. When they pulled up the anchor Sunday morning Tomu said, “aww, they’re leaving already?” And Jade has said repeatedly, “I miss our friends Dalton & Hall.” We can’t wait to hang out again and hope to catch up with them again in a few weeks.

Riki’s latest boat project has been to fix a leaky hatch over the main salon. It was a BIG job, and entailed taking the Lexane “glass” lens out of the aluminum frame, then a lot of cleaning and scraping to get the old adhesive out, taping the lens, then putting new adhesive in to stick it back together.
