We had such a fabulous time with our neighbors Lynette, Sterling & Summer. Sterling is Jade’s BFF, and Jade has been counting down the days until Sterling arrived since we heard they had bought tickets. Luz and Summer had a blast playing together, too. We did a fascinating tour of the KokoMana chocolate farm and got to see the process from cacao fruit to chocolate bars. We also had a night dance party on deck with the ole light suits, played Capture the Flag on a sandy beach, made a shade structure from sticks and fronds on the beach, hiked to a village on the other side of Makogai island with Tima as our guide, got a ride back in a local boat that was packed to the gills, snorkeled, swam off the boat, got seasick (some of us), played Qwerkle, did a 1000-piece Magic puzzle, caught a giant mahi mahi and had 2 other boats over for dinner (total of 14 people!), saw dolphins (twice in 3 days of sailing!) and talked about parenting late into the night (one night … all the others we fell into bed exhausted).
